At the "Intro to AI Usage" workshop we are going to teach you how to practically use AI in your front office of your school to save you time. These are going to be really practical sessions with lots of time to try using AI with your school information and be able to ask questions through out the day. They are designed for secretaries, admin assistants, principals, and vice-principals. Please note this workshop is focus on front office tasks, it is not for educators or teachers.

Some of the topics covered include:
- What is AI, different types of AI tools
- How to write proper prompts (the 4 elements of a great prompt), and how to get more accurate results from AI.
- How to get AI analyze data and summarize large amounts of text and write Excel formulas for you.
- How to automate tasks, and use AI to work for you, and make you more efficient
- How to use tools that can answer common questions people ask you everyday automatically.

Please BRING YOUR LAPTOP because there will be lots of time to work with your own data and test things out with us, in addition please make sure that you have a paid ChatGPT Plus account and a personal Gmail account (or a Google Workspace account with Gemini enabled by your administrator).
